Our fee structure is very simple. We only charge 12% of the rent collected as a monthly fee. We do not charge any extra for advertising or preparation of administrative paperwork. Many other property management companies charge “misc. service fees” if extra leg work is needed. We take pride in our straight-forward, honest approach to management.

- Getting your property rented quickly by a qualified tenant is our   #1 priority.

• Arizona Multiple Listing Service.
• Classified newspaper ads in more than one publication.
• “For Lease” signs located on property.
• We have established relationships with many relocation companies such as Intel, Motorola, and Honeywell.

 
 

MAINTENANCE SERVICES

- We handle all aspects of maintaining or upgrading your property. Investment properties require top of the line service at a minimal cost to insure the highest return possible.

• We have extensive relationships with many tradesmen that offer us outstanding service at discounted prices.
• 24-hour tenant emergency service is a must.
• Monthly, a detailed history of repairs for your investment will be provided.
• Regular property inspections are conducted to personally verify that your investment is being taken care of properly.

 
 

TENANT RELATIONSHIPS

- Since launching our Property Management services 4 years ago, we have yet to evict a tenant. This is due to proper tenant screening and direct communication.

• We handle all communication with the tenant.
• We run a tri-merge credit report and a background check for every tenant at their expense.
• Tenants are immediately directed to correct any HOA violations and we follow up at a later date to verify, personally, that it has been corrected.
